UVMax® Metal

UVMax® Metal is a highly efficient and environmentally green alternative to wet paints.  The process provides a durable finish that contains no solvents, VOCs or HAPs.  UV powder coatings are easy to apply and can be reclaimed to provide up to a 98% material utilization.

UV-cured powder coating’s low thermal exposure and fast finishing process make it an excellent option for pre-assembled metal parts containing heat sensitive materials (gaskets, plastics, and electronics) and heat sink metal materials that are large in mass.  A smaller system footprint means you can easily increase your production capabilities without sacrificing additional floor space.
